Emergency dispatchers and first responders must balance the challenges of their jobs with their lives. Fire Chief Bobby Nash and his team of firefighters respond to a call about a baby stuck in a wall as well as a woman being choked by her snake. Later, 911 operator Abby Clark, Detective Athena Grant, and firemen Evan Buckly respond to the call of 9-year-old Lily who needs help when two men break into her house.
