BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine." [  V! k4 S! K1 u1 [

+ N$ s6 K6 j$ T- r, _9 u) itvb now,tvbnow,bttvbuser mhkhoo say his bt download speed was ok, besides him, any other user is fine with the bt download speed?
