BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb8 i6 B/ |9 ^" \  o- D0 B
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb5 z8 `! }; p$ @6 |
user mhkhoo say his bt download speed was ok, besides him, any other user is fine with the bt download speed?

All those settng actually doesn't help a lot because I experience 400+ in oversea also never change the setting公仔箱論壇  v/ p9 k1 s- }/ s
that's why I say should be the problem with KL Streamyx or BT
