Hi, can anyone tell me the answer?

8 O6 O; I! |: ]5 e9 cWhen I conduct the speedtest at speedtest.net, the dl speed was 700+ but when I use the Bitcomet, the dl speed is only 10+

This is happened since this monday, until last week, the dl speed is 100+
