原来有分内外IP的 我现在才知道 之前有发觉还以为speedtest有问题

* |' C) R4 W7 ]/ n5.39.217.77:8898之前发现的奇迹！（发生在8月10号）：但我忘了save那时的IP address，因为现在才知道有分别
