Mepg and Divx which format is better !

Please help!!! Between Mepg I, II and Divx which format is better?
8 i" `3 c8 V1 d5 U2 J! k% ]I mean the pitcure quality, and also if I want to convert what video size I use
5 i& Y$ J" P" f% o1 m3 e- N+ otvb now,tvbnow,bttvbcan get the best pitcure results?  Any person that can help me!!!!
