Mepg and Divx which format is better !

Please help!!! Between Mepg I, II and Divx which format is better?8 |: h4 g+ w, S: L6 @
I mean the pitcure quality, and also if I want to convert what video size I use 公仔箱論壇+ [) D' _0 s$ g8 j5 X+ I7 w
can get the best pitcure results?  Any person that can help me!!!!
