求救 怎樣 set router 下载 bitcomet thank you

i just connect a u.s.robotics 8054 router with 2 pc ,both ethernet+ k# x; {5 Z4 v9 l5 y; ~% j/ f2 w
but i don't know how to port fordward,i use 0.68 bitcomet,At the moment dl speed is really really slow about 1 /2 kbsTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。; w' c0 Q! |" G+ p" a/ c+ @
