求救 怎樣 set router 下载 bitcomet thank you

i just connect a u.s.robotics 8054 router with 2 pc ,both ethernet& W9 U& [" w# o: r$ u$ ?/ {
but i don't know how to port fordward,i use 0.68 bitcomet,At the moment dl speed is really really slow about 1 /2 kbs

when i start a second task,internet cut off then re-start again 5.39.217.77:8898; ^5 A2 X1 |7 t3 `% m% A
