Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.+ c# A: q+ |3 Q5 D+ j, O1 `
Anyone have suggestion?????

two weeks ago I can burn everything I want,nomatter Cd+- or dvd +-.

Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????
