memo from the building office. tomorrow am yao 5 wash do  Congratulations to the New York Giants! The parade on Broadway is scheduled for Tuesday, February 7, 2012. At this time, we would like to bring to your attention a few additional security measures that will take place.
1) Access in and out of the building will only be available through the Trinity Place entrance after 10:00 AM. There will be additional security guards on site and all tenants will be asked to show Building Identification in order to enter the Building. If Building I.D. was not issued, you will need to be listed on an access letter on file with security. Please submit your access letters to the Building Office by 3:00 PM today. If you have any questions or concerns please call the Building Office.
2) A security line will be placed fifteen (15) feet from the Broadway doors in order to leave this area free in the event of an emergency. There will be no standing near the Broadway doors to view the parade. |
