I would suggest to Platini that those "Lower-Nation" team shall have play in EUFA Cup first before joining to EUFA Champion League.

Otherwise, Liverpool record maybe easily get "break" next year...

Further more, i suspect the main reason for Platini to put up the above proposal was soley hoping that He would have get more "Supporter's" from all over the Nation.

Because this the First Year he become the Chairman of Europe Football Nation...

Platini, please think twice before you put up the proposal...next time
