TO BE HONEST, IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 1 ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE INSTALLED, YOUR COMPUTER SHOULD BE SLOW LIKE HELL,

1 ANTIVIRUS IS GOOD ENOUGH.

PLEASE PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION

1. WHAT VERSION OF WINDOWS
2. WHAT VERSION OF IE.

both antivirus software are crap, download symantec endpoint............. i think if you google it, you should be able to download it.

uninstall IE 8 and try if there is still a problem with your IE.

if previous IE works, then reinstall IE 8 again.
