Help!!! BT connection down

I don't know why my bt connection was down all of a sudden, and my msn is down, too.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb: w. p4 ]/ c& b8 F  D

Z: W% _tvb now,tvbnow,bttvbLast night I was trying to turn off my computer, but after 20min the computer is still trying to turn off (at that moment I push the power button to make the computer turn off) than I started up the computer and turned on the bt and it was fine until I added a couple new torrent into the bt, the bt was connecting the new torrent and never able to start the download, but the old torrent task was downloading fine... than I try to restart my computer again, but this time samething happen, it won't turn off after a long long time ( I was out after I click the turn off button, atleast 2/3 hours) than I push the power button to turn it off and I did the system recovery to a few days before and the computer can turn off, but my bt and msn won't connect to the internet no more... can someone help me with this problem pls... thankss
