It really depends on "Seed" & "Peer" ration.  For example, if you have 10 seeds, but 3000 peers.  Chances are you will download slow.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb$ o5 }: b4 r; D+ l1 J$ A  z# |; P
The best way to improve your dl speed is by uploading more.
