and also every time they at parking bay request Push Back and Start, straight away TakeOff Clearance is also given, normally you approaching the runway/holding point then only the tower will give you the take off clearance, especially international airport.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb/ k# `* o% R( @( n1 V: x1 `1 f$ O
I remember Issac replied : push back and start, take off. I was like ... wtf ?!

and also at the Episode that the Captain is conducting sim test to choose his co-pilot for the demo flight over Hong Kong city, they were doing circuit and landing, like racing , see who is the fastest to complete. 8 D/ d$ x- @% Z2 O
