[筆記本電腦] Good time to Upgrade from i5 U470 to i7 3520M?

Hi Brothers,

I just want to know is it a good time to change from i5 notebook to i7 notebook now.  Currently using:

Lenovo ideapad U160
CPU Intel i5 U470 @1.33GHz
8 GB RAM @ 1333
500 GB @ 7200
Win 7 Home Prem
11.6" LCD
3 x 2.0 USB

I'm thinking to change to

Lenovo ThinkPad X230
CPU Intel i7 3520N @2.9GHz
8 GB RAM @ 1600
500 GB @ 7200
Win 7 Home Prem
12.5" LCD
2 x 3.0 USB + 1 x 2.0 USB

As I have limited budget.  Please give me some advise is it a good time to change the notebook.

thanks for the suggection.  however, you really think the thinkpad that good?  as my bossalso using thnkpad as well.  but he get a lot of hardware issue in it    4# oakmao
