try not to drag the video file to video player and play, double click on it.

i think if you know how to re-format the files it should be alright to play with the player such as: VLC media player, pure code player. try to get some player to play, if still still cannot u have following options:% g5 z3 E& c1 K
1) convert it using "total video convertor"1 p* p( H! H4 D& _
2) share the download link i can check for u .5.39.217.77:88985 r! _6 q* y' C. B* S8 Z
