Wuzhizhou Island (蜈支洲岛) in Sanya City of Hainan Province, China, which is about 30 km northeast of the urban area of Sanya City and 38 km from Sanya Phoenix International Airport.

This small island has everything a true tropical paradise needs: sunshine, crystal clear water, endless views on the fascinating ocean, lovely white beaches, and suggestive rocky seashores jumping into the deep blue sea. If you are looking for relax on smooth white beaches, peaceful days far from crowds and swimming in crystal clear waters, Wuzhizhou Island would definitely be a great choice.

There are many evocative stories about the island's past, such as the romantic legend of the two huge stones, nowadays called Lover’s Island: the beautiful daughter of the Dragon King fell in love with a young fishermen who lived on the island. When the Dragon King discovered their love affair, he got so angry that he turned the two lovers into two giant stones, standing face to face for thousands of years and becoming today one of the most lovely scenic spots on the island.

Thank you Amann. It seems to be a "must visit" spot when I come back visiting HK next time.
