節目介紹：
劇集講述一位嗜財如命、為求勝訴不擇手段的大律師邱蔭蔭（林愷鈴飾）意外遇襲暈倒，醒來發現自己已因做事太陰騭而被折壽四十年，在三十歲時香消玉殞落地獄。
在即將受刑之際，已故富翁石松（杜燕歌飾）向閻王「買起」蔭蔭，讓她死過翻生重返陽間，代價是必須化身「地獄大狀」，穿梭陰陽兩界「幫鬼打官司」，確保石松的遺產能依遺願分配。重回人間的蔭蔭除了要面對光怪陸離的爭產案和鬼上身外，還要聯同金賢斌（魏浚笙飾）等人找出殺害自己的真兇，努力化解累積的孽障以換取更多在陽間的時間。
