《FIFA官方足球规则》
在常规时间最后时刻，由第四官员宣布补时的最少时间  
宣布的补时时间不是比赛剩余的实际时间。裁判可根据实际增加，但不得减少  
比赛时间应分为两个相等的半场，每半场45分钟。特殊情况双方同意另定除外，并按下列规定执行：  
·a.在每半场中由于替补、处理伤员、延误时间及其它原因损失的时间均应补足，这段时间的多少由裁判员决定。
·b.在每半场时间终了时或全场比赛结束后，如执行罚球点球，则应延长时间至罚完为止。 除经裁判员同意外，上下半场之间的休息时间不得超过5分钟。

Allowance for Time Lost
Allowance is made in either period for all time lost through:
• substitutions
• assessment of injury to players
• removal of injured players from the field of play for treatment
• wasting time
• any other cause
The allowance for time lost is at the discretion of the referee.
