《The Penthouse 上流戰爭》講述的是爲了躋身江南的象徵，即最頂樓的 Penthouse 而賭上人生、奮力奔走且逐漸變成怪物的一名女子，扭曲的慾望和母性，為了躋身夢寐以求的上流社會。劇情內容以偶然目擊到一場殺事件，保持沉默為條件，因此獲得最高級房地產情報，得到了進入江南的最後一張入門票、順利躋身上流社會，並爲了在上流社會中成功實現房地產與教育、金錢和知識兩種價值而選擇了完全不同以往的生活。
