天下奇葩阿媽何其多，尤其是她們的廚房聖域，是隱藏無數暗黑料理的兵工廠…當中不少家庭成員被媽媽的創意料理嚇到哭笑不得，甚至懷疑人生。而本節目將邀請這班母親大人拎出獨門地獄料理上來跟同我們分享，一齊認識媽媽超乎想像的可愛一面﹗另外為了全家下半生幸福，我們更會送媽媽去接受廚藝特訓，為她安排驚喜活動！
