講述了一位不動產經紀人將鬼神出沒或者人死後離開的房產進行驅魔將其淨化的靈異奇幻故事。張娜拉飾演大發不動產的社長兼驅魔師「洪智雅」繼承了母親的驅魔能力外型聰穎美麗處理事情比起說話溝通、通常會先亮出拳頭來解決。鄭容和飾演嘴上說不相信有鬼卻利用鬼來賺錢的騙子「吳仁範」無論什麼情況他都可以憑藉出色的邏輯和觀察力推理出原因和結果快速做出判斷的能力者。
