故事大綱
在地球上住著許多隱居在此的宇宙人。只有很少一部分的人類知道這個真相，一般大眾並不知情。[8]
在這樣的社會之中，工藤優幸就職於包含外星人所引發的事件為業務內容的民間警備組織「Ｅ.Ｇ.Ｉ.Ｓ」日以繼夜地為和平工作著。
而在優幸的身上卻隱藏著連自己都不知道的祕密，那就是他的體內寄宿著超人力霸王大河的光之粒子。當優幸體內的超人力霸王大河甦醒的那一刻，新的故事開始了。
