1. Google 一下，看你想用哪些軟件，一般有: BitTorrent、µTorrent、qTorrent 等等，在公仔箱，似乎流行用，BitComet(比特彗星)。你要自己決定用甚麼軟件。
2.下載軟件，可到特定網站，或一些下載網站，都可以搵到。公仔箱的 BitComet(比特彗星)0.94 版本，很舊，但似乎還有人用。上網Google 一下，可以找到新版本。3 a+ Y8 U- a2 Y% @1 h
3. 安裝到你的電腦，Click Torrent 檔案，就可下載。TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。4 q- j3 O2 {1 n2 A$ e" o
