曾經，香港是擁有N個世界第一，現在全球趨之若鶩的電子支付及娛樂串流平台，早在二十年前香港就曾經起步過，但種種原因竟原地踏步了足足兩個十年。這個曾經有機會成為東方矽谷的城市，不停錯失發展機會，導致現在香港做 IT 的都離不開被恥笑為——IT 狗！阿信 (凌文龍飾) 本是一家銀行 IT 部的小主管，替公司優化完網上服務系統就被解僱，女朋友同時離他而去。雙失的阿信仍樂觀地堅守他的創業夢，冀望在遍地 IT 神話的今天，自己終能成為其中的一份子。他在剛開業的共享辦公室 “Born Hub” 租了一張小小的辦公桌，希望把 “宴會人情 APP” 這個意念實現。作為一隻被銀行用完即棄的正宗 IT 狗，他並未氣餒，還繼續相信前路滿希望， start up 由我創！ “Born Hub” 是由一群 IT 界另類精英開發的共享工作空間。星之子 Tony (楊樂文飾) 和 “發明””磁能線”的 Kenneth (岑珈其飾)，都曾名噪香港 IT 界。
