黑青是血管破裂造成,所以再24-48小時內要用冰敷20-30分鐘,使血管收縮,48小時過後就要用熱敷。* ]4 C! f h. z, {3 b1 Z

跌倒”瘀青”一大塊又難看又丟臉怎麼辦？把雞蛋煮熟，撥殼後在瘀青上滾一滾，很快它就消失了但是蛋就不能吃了。
