故事大綱
15年前私立龍山高校學生偏差値低，而且陷入破產邊緣，但請來律師櫻木建二（阿部寬）加入後就出現改變，他本身是個終極的現實主義者，凡事以自己的利益優先而行動，但他以此為本創立獨有的教學法「櫻木法」，運用非一般的策略及捷徑，把一眾笨蛋學生送進東大，把龍山高校變成超強的升學高中。
之後櫻木建立了「櫻木法律事務所」，因為其學校重建專家的身份，讓他的律師事業一帆風順。經過了15年到了令和時代，另一家學校龍海學園出現和當年龍山高校相同的情況，學生偏差値低至32，也陷入破產邊緣。該校的教頭高原浩之（及川光博）非常重視學生們的教育，是個熱心的教師，因為擔心學園的前途，於是委託有漂亮實績的櫻木前來重建學校。! U! D& a  X/ F
