如果唔怕煩就試下我呢個煮法
1.凍水落麵煮至水滾(大半熟)撈起
2.用冰(凍滾水做的)過冷河後撈起置於湯碗加味粉麻油

depend your taste, if you like soft noodle, cook longer, if you like tender noodle run it under cold running water after cook and make your own soup plus inserts.
