鮮奶 milk 250ml

英式杏仁餅 AMARETTO cookies 適量

做法:cream,milk,sugar,orange skins落煲煮至微暖,之後撞egg yolk+AMARETTO酒拌勻過篩(如果表面有泡泡,可用火槍或一張抹油紙去掉)最後落碗再加AMARETTO cookies..入100%焗爐隔水焗20-25分鐘便可...
