有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb q7 w& r/ O) ]; f+ R( L A; r, Z
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?8 u, j! h# e R2 l6 I
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.5.39.217.77:8898/ [' l# x5 f9 @3 K- q% v
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
4) The version , you have is not good.公仔箱論壇( C+ c* K( ]# n8 O. Q; P0 t
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.+ p0 q& h2 q7 I3 H. `# M2 b
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
