有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.公仔箱論壇/ ?9 [6 p1 m0 n" c9 _4 x+ x" ]1 F
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
4) The version , you have is not good.8 \8 @8 a% h- J& p2 U
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 公仔箱論壇: W9 i1 ]7 f" c: j _7 i3 W/ ]. F

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
