有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。/ f, w* J9 o& L7 C
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.3 @2 z9 r# G O' Z9 {9 d
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.5.39.217.77:8898( ]; e9 @5 `& h j% Z. j Z
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
4) The version , you have is not good.5 U# U( M; L0 K$ @" P
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb# u5 L8 R6 p4 R: {& f; M; Q
: f, ?3 ~$ X1 ~9 A
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
