有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，5.39.217.77:8898. g- L3 j/ N# w% ]3 k
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
- C8 O' k: N$ l3 F5 O1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.9 E- t5 l) z' G# ~1 g$ N
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
8 \, {# [) g: C/ i! U+ Z: I公仔箱論壇3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb7 \0 F& P+ I* ?
4) The version , you have is not good.
" |2 }+ L# J% _公仔箱論壇Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
! K$ _* `. p7 O+ V0 Z& L5 `公仔箱論壇I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 5.39.217.77:8898  r* O$ V& J" P! M: ^9 F

: v' J( f2 j/ y+ v, i- [. o# ~Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
