有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，4 ?! I1 u6 D# Q
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。( D7 t( t ~6 `& S6 P* \/ Q
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.公仔箱論壇" P" m7 h$ O* S0 P
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.5.39.217.77:8898) |- p% J1 t6 y# r* `
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb8 m0 ?2 v z) X$ w8 j, z9 E! o) Z
4) The version , you have is not good.5.39.217.77:88981 U& p9 [! M% i( `1 l( v) l
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.
5.39.217.77:8898$ }# A0 @2 \' N' j+ G7 W( r
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
