有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
' y9 V  F" O% t! C# E% H, W0 B我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?
' A/ a+ z% O) R+ @我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.5.39.217.77:88981 U. A& ~1 I2 m' e
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
& z, w/ Q& z7 K  O+ `* D+ `! X5.39.217.77:88982) not many people are down loading the same topic.
+ ?: I. ^  w! {! Z3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.9 r5 L/ i# n6 k( X  I2 v" v5 m7 k
4) The version , you have is not good.
) j: Y+ u0 f3 z9 Z- C* u' y$ v) P9 dtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
& @( E3 U$ Z( U" K4 ]+ ~$ }5 ]5.39.217.77:8898I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 5.39.217.77:8898* [" V$ u# L) P% O2 ?9 `3 C

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
