有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，( h1 X- Z* B+ H
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.5.39.217.77:8898  |/ C. ?7 S# g3 Z2 m
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.

% W+ `- [4 r9 F+ P/ O5.39.217.77:88983) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.' U, k. l' v; W9 n$ Q( X
4) The version , you have is not good.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb; T4 y# T* G( b, x" ~' g- A. T
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.公仔箱論壇/ Y1 I4 @, H/ L2 q% b
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

) h; B! C4 e; K5 ]4 K4 Q$ RTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
