有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3 q: Y" f3 F1 z( ~& v* P, T
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?3 m# I8 |, [( f7 O9 h$ M& s
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.公仔箱論壇) L: G- `$ ]- p+ x. S- l
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.5.39.217.77:88989 ^8 T6 [) W+ i8 y0 B( g
4) The version , you have is not good.
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. . F/ N# ^$ j% Q

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
