有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.: ^( p+ Q' z7 C( d

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。- i+ [" y& u0 K9 {; l) G, T
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb) s: h# m% R7 k$ ?2 [
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.5.39.217.77:88987 s7 q+ A( W \+ ?* C% d
4) The version , you have is not good.公仔箱論壇; t1 G7 M: Q0 X* ]% ?
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.公仔箱論壇% N; i* W4 k/ u) J6 w" m7 a' @
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
