有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，# z+ Y3 |; G$ m
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?5.39.217.77:8898. X$ K1 o; Y. X: o
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3 m( R, N3 j+ I: s- ]. x; ]
TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。4 _$ f6 v1 L/ @4 Q2 m; h

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.公仔箱論壇: z, v- S/ b9 y* R+ {# x* e' M: j2 {4 l
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.; {- d1 K+ ^' N1 l+ D
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.5.39.217.77:8898$ r! a4 k9 u" y! w0 V9 b7 k- x
4) The version , you have is not good.; `: H" I% q: l
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.. u9 R2 P0 L1 T3 G$ |$ n
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 5.39.217.77:8898' y* v8 Y; Q! s8 a
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb" W# P( d+ N( P/ U. ?
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
