有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，) c. E% e; I) n
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?公仔箱論壇( r5 x1 {0 s$ D& M; U: d
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.公仔箱論壇4 Y, o+ V5 O" y& B- g# u- n

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb1 K* f+ v B' u- B9 c
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.8 q9 m2 q& G/ l+ c: C1 U' W/ ~
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
4) The version , you have is not good.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。3 P$ ?# Z2 s# q4 E+ `, ^. q- g3 N6 b
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.0 i4 O; D2 ^8 ?9 J/ n$ n- ]0 s
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. ) S5 J6 N* O3 u7 m
5.39.217.77:8898+ t: t6 H; I9 J4 A- G+ `7 c
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
