有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?( N2 h" b1 u8 m8 P& }( [: q+ Q
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.5 s# `9 N9 U. H7 O! Z% e

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb! G/ C; z7 s T, R% i8 J/ j
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.- u4 e6 k7 l2 I. Q2 T1 l
2) not many people are down loading the same topic. g0 `* r& f1 s! f5 v4 N8 R0 O% N
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.0 v3 ~2 R3 u/ ^& x5 \
4) The version , you have is not good.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。4 d5 Z* T" G" ]: h- w' q
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb6 }1 [- |7 ?4 m
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 0 P7 f* T) v3 i7 A/ X+ y
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb* f& i- r- ?7 H$ }
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
