有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb* ?# A+ r) H* V$ S
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.公仔箱論壇% t  Q* N1 s% W2 j5 @
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.公仔箱論壇- p$ Q& E+ }- T8 ^' {7 Q& V2 c
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

0 U& H5 G5 N! GTVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
3 \! E$ {) x9 B. O4 UI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
