有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb: Z+ {' `8 B1 l! _. ]4 b, `
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
2 M9 T  N  ]. R# W/ B3 R3 k) W5.39.217.77:88981) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.公仔箱論壇# A4 |5 c: B* F  o! Q: O  ?1 c
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
% ~9 i; ]# C) t  W0 V4 h$ N3 I3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

1 Q1 \" I3 n! U& ?Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
0 h* N: f! ^  XI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. ) d7 s7 R/ e( r) v- a& c, f+ Y. R
TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。9 h7 S# U# [& O
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
