有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.6 [+ X5 W. v7 q! d6 W4 W
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.5.39.217.77:8898( P3 R$ {. A  U3 ~
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.

4) The version , you have is not good.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。7 ^3 Z5 D* n1 @2 g& l4 A: b
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
: `; B  `$ ^* NI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

) ~( C3 ]% J: a- ETry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
