有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.8 ^# [) U5 ~/ i; ?9 _& t& z
TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。7 F2 C( z% B, a/ M

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes. K% w8 b2 z8 ] E, n
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.: o) K7 | i5 q
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.公仔箱論壇/ y& ]2 x! J8 Q4 e3 c7 ^) p
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
4) The version , you have is not good.
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3 F7 q+ t8 U% C. D I4 q

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
