有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.# c4 I2 ^( N1 m* z5 M/ X
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.& c' `. f& v4 G; `
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
+ x1 B7 K6 N: q5 N3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
  {$ c0 E# N2 S4 p# F, L4) The version , you have is not good.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb) {7 e! b$ T" X
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
5 w* J1 V; q% o7 M8 s公仔箱論壇I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
