有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。- n/ X5 N; X7 D# K3 [
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
8 f' m9 ]2 W- Y3 o2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
$ z( x* L! X6 l3 A4 j: \6 ?: A公仔箱論壇3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.) p# L+ \( n6 r2 G# q
4) The version , you have is not good.
0 T1 p9 N5 Y- G& w! Jtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
. O1 V7 L* d) t# _  }" k, T1 g: Rtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 7 u# C, [0 S3 M+ d: ?: G+ `( _
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3 S" i8 T, M2 Y% V7 T! b) P0 X! N
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
