有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?5.39.217.77:8898. `/ E$ r! Y4 P# q0 y7 q& E) h
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

地震过后～要连接海外会很难连～～tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb& {1 d3 [. g3 o \. O

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。! V7 T! }* d2 `6 n: W! Z# v
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.公仔箱論壇7 U+ a& A H6 M9 h' y$ Y% y% }7 y$ W
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.( |0 ~" n) K' [
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb% B$ R; ^8 Z/ g7 ?' T' S
4) The version , you have is not good.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb9 p' T0 s& L% H# }( K$ N& B6 ?" F
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb' S' Q( E3 a0 E3 y$ B
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
