Celtic goalkeeper Artur Boruc has been called to appear before the SFAdisciplinary committee over an alleged gesture made to Rangers fans during lastmonth`s Old Firm derby.

The Pole has been ordered to face the committee on September 16 over a chargeof improper conduct.
The SFA review panel decided Boruc had a case to answer after studyingphotographs of the player which appeared in the press following Celtic`s 4-2home defeat on August 31.
Boruc suffered a miserable afternoon as he gifted Kenny Miller Rangers` fourthgoal when he fumbled a tame cross into  the striker`s path.
Boruc was also beaten at his near post for Daniel Cousin`s opening goal on theday stories about his private life made the front page of some newspapers.
The Poland goalkeeper, who was left out of his country`s opening World Cupqualifiers following a breach of discipline, will now face a trip to Hampden toexplain his actions.
A statement on the SFA`s website read: ''Press photographs showing the playermaking a one-fingered gesture were considered by the review panel.
''The player has been called to appear before the disciplinary committee at itsnext meeting on September 16.
''Before the meeting, the player has to respond with his comments on thealleged misconduct and to the material considered by the review panel.
''If the disciplinary committee finds the player to be guilty of improperconduct, it may impose any penalty on the player.''
Boruc has found himself in trouble over several similar incidents since joiningCeltic in 2005.
The former Legia Warsaw player was cautioned by Strathclyde Police for breachof the peace for gestures made to Rangers fans during a match in February 2006.
Police raised concerns after Boruc ran across the Ibrox pitch with a'Champions' flag following an Old Firm defeat towards the end of the 2006/07season.
The goalkeeper refused to shake hands with Rangers players following a defeatin October last year and sported a 'God bless the Pope' T-shirt after a 3-2triumph over Celtic's Glasgow rivals in May.
Boruc has also been accused of gesturing towards Dundee United fans and wasinvolved in two separate incidents at Hibernian last season, the second of whichearned him a booking after he waved towards home fans following a Celtic win.
The 28-year-old was suspended from the Poland squad for their qualifiersagainst Slovenia and San Marino after apparently breaking a curfew with twoteam-mates following a friendly against Ukraine last month.
Reports then claimed Boruc had been fined £50,000 by Celtic for his off-fieldbehaviour during the club's pre-season trip to Holland.
