The colors of sunset is rich but peaceful.& n4 v( ^& B( X, ^# r- C) y
The colors of sunrise from dark to bright suggesting vibrant and energy.
Whether you just sit there to witness the changes or do meditation/exercise during this 陰陽轉換的時刻 is beneficial to your mind and body.
