將楚漢志套入韓國當代的白領戰場，會產生怎樣的喜劇效果？
“天下集團”生命科學事業部要為一隻新藥作臨床試驗，找來一班試藥的志願者。受副會長秦二世暗中指使的劉邦（李凡秀飾），還有“強楚集團”派來的商業間諜崔項羽（鄭糠雲飾）都不約而同混進30名試驗者中，兩人同時通過安檢，開始接受試藥。
各懷心思的劉邦和崔項羽、負責試藥工程的車虞姬（洪秀賢飾）、老闆秦始皇（李德華飾）的外孫女白呂雉（鄭麗媛飾）、副會長秦二世、韓信等，一班耳熟能詳的楚漢時代的角色，在廿一世紀的職場上鬥智鬥力，上演幕幕令人捧腹的奪藥大戰。
