巴西世界盃理所當然成為本年度最觸目的國際體壇大事，本地亦有不少體壇新聞同樣受到關注：曹星如成功挑戰15場連勝紀錄，並準備於來年延續不敗神話；香港隊於南京青奧取得2金4銀1銅，成績卓越；勒邦占士、基斯保羅等多位籃球名將先後訪港，連番掀起NBA旋風；應屆世界盃亞軍阿根廷國家足球隊亦專誠來港獻技，讓本港球迷大飽眼福。趁著本年度最後一集節目，幾位主持齊齊溫故知新，回顧本地體壇過去一年最觸目的重要事件。「TOPKING世界泰拳巡迴賽」－香港站於上周六(20日)舉行，各國泰拳好手雲集亞洲博覽館，合力上演連場令人熱血沸騰的精彩激戰。香港拳手鄧澤銘亦有出戰當日的超級賽，並以點數擊敗日本選手大田原友亮。節目送上TOPKING世界泰拳巡迴賽專題環節，深入報道當日活動盛況。香港馬拉松將於下月底再度登場，各位跑手亦已加強操練，務求在場上發揮最佳表現。上屆女子10公里賽冠軍姚潔貞亦會出戰力求衛冕，她作為專業運動員又會如何備戰今年賽事？世界冠軍球會盃終極皇者順利誕生，皇家馬德里憑著沙治奧拉莫斯與加里夫巴利各建一功，以2：0擊敗聖羅倫素奪走本年度錦標。至於另一場季軍賽，奧克蘭城在互射十二碼階段以總比數5：3擊敗藍十字，今集重溫以上兩場賽事精華片段。節目還會採訪英國KING'S COLLEGE女子足球隊訪港行程、直擊報道傷健共融籃球賽實況，以及視察港運會網球及五人足球項目的選拔情況。
