薯泥調味料：

1. 雞肉洗淨，加入醬油醃10分鐘。

3. 馬鈴薯蒸30分鐘，取出趁熱壓成薯泥，加入薯泥調味料攪拌均勻，再蒸一會，挖成球狀，排在碟上。  R4 R2 v* }4 H1 u

225g potatoes (peeled, cut into thick slices), 75g chicken (diced),
1/3 cup frozen mixed vegetables (including green peas, corn, carrots)

1/4 tsp salt, 2/3 cup soup stock

METHOD
1. Clean the chicken and marinate with light soy sauce. Leave aside for 10 minutes.
2. Blanch the frozen mixed vegetables in boiling water for 1 minute. Scoop up, rinse with water# @/ z3 m  O4 V; x9 a/ A
and then drain off the water.
