做法:
: A. [5 E4 k* _1 d' j1. 雞肉洗淨,加入醬油醃10分鐘。! U' @; w8 O4 d4 \- x' X" @3 {$ O
2. 雜菜汆燙1分鐘,撈起用清水沖一沖,瀝乾水份。$ c: N# _/ R+ v
3. 馬鈴薯蒸30分鐘,取出趁熱壓成薯泥,加入薯泥調味料攪拌均勻,再蒸一會,挖成球狀,排在碟上。5.39.217.77:8898$ s  B) M8 \9 D+ e2 J' B' H
4. 鑊裡燒熱1湯油,放入雞肉翻炒片刻,放入調味料和雜菜繼續拌煮一會,然後以少許粟粉水勾芡,盛起淋在薯泥上即可食用。
