牛油11/2茶匙，鹽1/4茶匙，糖1/4茶匙，牛奶1湯匙，醬油適量

鹽1/4茶匙，高湯2/3杯

做法：
1. 雞肉洗淨，加入醬油醃10分鐘。
2. 雜菜汆燙1分鐘，撈起用清水沖一沖，瀝乾水份。
3. 馬鈴薯蒸30分鐘，取出趁熱壓成薯泥，加入薯泥調味料攪拌均勻，再蒸一會，挖成球狀，排在碟上。
