薯泥調味料：
牛油11/2茶匙，鹽1/4茶匙，糖1/4茶匙，牛奶1湯匙，醬油適量tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb, [  ^! k" `3 s0 R$ j" c+ }& r

醃料：
醬油1茶匙

芡汁：
粟粉1湯匙，水2湯匙

1. 雞肉洗淨，加入醬油醃10分鐘。
2. 雜菜汆燙1分鐘，撈起用清水沖一沖，瀝乾水份。

4. 鑊裡燒熱1湯油，放入雞肉翻炒片刻，放入調味料和雜菜繼續拌煮一會，然後以少許粟粉水勾芡，盛起淋在薯泥上即可食用。0 V2 o. q& P1 r6 V: u& O* z" J2 V

THICKENING
1 tbsp corn starch blended in
2 tbsps water

METHOD
1. Clean the chicken and marinate with light soy sauce. Leave aside for 10 minutes.- f, d$ c1 O7 c" [' Z" i
2. Blanch the frozen mixed vegetables in boiling water for 1 minute. Scoop up, rinse with water公仔箱論壇0 ^& Q: e5 r1 j& P, T

3. Steam the potatoes for 30 minutes. Remove from steamer, mash the potatoes while still hot.& f7 u; }5 J, A
Add seasoning for mashed potatoes, stir and mix well. Steam further. Scoop into balls, and

4. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok. Stir in the diced chicken, add seasoning and mixed vegetables.
Stir-fry for a while. Thicken gravy with corn starch blended with a little water and stir.
Dish up and pour gravy over the mashed potatoes.
