牛油11/2茶匙，鹽1/4茶匙，糖1/4茶匙，牛奶1湯匙，醬油適量

鹽1/4茶匙，高湯2/3杯

醃料：
醬油1茶匙

芡汁：
粟粉1湯匙，水2湯匙

2. 雜菜汆燙1分鐘，撈起用清水沖一沖，瀝乾水份。

2 tbsps water

METHOD
1. Clean the chicken and marinate with light soy sauce. Leave aside for 10 minutes.  u; b  X$ |* K8 P7 Y) ?, x

and then drain off the water.
3. Steam the potatoes for 30 minutes. Remove from steamer, mash the potatoes while still hot.
