馬鈴薯225克 (去皮,切厚片),雞肉75克 (切丁),雜菜粒1/3杯(包括青豆、玉蜀黍、紅蘿蔔粒)

1. 雞肉洗淨,加入醬油醃10分鐘。

' C# O  k- U! E公仔箱論壇3. 馬鈴薯蒸30分鐘,取出趁熱壓成薯泥,加入薯泥調味料攪拌均勻,再蒸一會,挖成球狀,排在碟上。
( u6 K% N! Z! A5.39.217.77:88984. 鑊裡燒熱1湯油,放入雞肉翻炒片刻,放入調味料和雜菜繼續拌煮一會,然後以少許粟粉水勾芡,盛起淋在薯泥上即可食用。

1. Clean the chicken and marinate with light soy sauce. Leave aside for 10 minutes.

4. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok. Stir in the diced chicken, add seasoning and mixed vegetables.  j& |% c# {, ^' Y& k+ u
Stir-fry for a while. Thicken gravy with corn starch blended with a little water and stir.
