馬鈴薯225克 (去皮，切厚片)，雞肉75克 (切丁)，雜菜粒1/3杯(包括青豆、玉蜀黍、紅蘿蔔粒)

牛油11/2茶匙，鹽1/4茶匙，糖1/4茶匙，牛奶1湯匙，醬油適量tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb  e' `7 M* O% S. a9 a/ a3 \8 D

1. 雞肉洗淨，加入醬油醃10分鐘。

METHOD
