材料：
馬鈴薯225克 (去皮，切厚片)，雞肉75克 (切丁)，雜菜粒1/3杯(包括青豆、玉蜀黍、紅蘿蔔粒)

牛油11/2茶匙，鹽1/4茶匙，糖1/4茶匙，牛奶1湯匙，醬油適量公仔箱論壇6 [  z# T) l: j

調味料：

1. 雞肉洗淨，加入醬油醃10分鐘。
2. 雜菜汆燙1分鐘，撈起用清水沖一沖，瀝乾水份。( W+ z; m! o/ {8 U
3. 馬鈴薯蒸30分鐘，取出趁熱壓成薯泥，加入薯泥調味料攪拌均勻，再蒸一會，挖成球狀，排在碟上。
4. 鑊裡燒熱1湯油，放入雞肉翻炒片刻，放入調味料和雜菜繼續拌煮一會，然後以少許粟粉水勾芡，盛起淋在薯泥上即可食用。9 P  l1 ^# V" B

2 tbsps water

2. Blanch the frozen mixed vegetables in boiling water for 1 minute. Scoop up, rinse with water5.39.217.77:8898" A5 \. c1 m! x; g
and then drain off the water.
3. Steam the potatoes for 30 minutes. Remove from steamer, mash the potatoes while still hot.
