材料：
馬鈴薯225克 (去皮，切厚片)，雞肉75克 (切丁)，雜菜粒1/3杯(包括青豆、玉蜀黍、紅蘿蔔粒)

牛油11/2茶匙，鹽1/4茶匙，糖1/4茶匙，牛奶1湯匙，醬油適量) w6 I  b1 A- X  k

1. 雞肉洗淨，加入醬油醃10分鐘。
2. 雜菜汆燙1分鐘，撈起用清水沖一沖，瀝乾水份。
3. 馬鈴薯蒸30分鐘，取出趁熱壓成薯泥，加入薯泥調味料攪拌均勻，再蒸一會，挖成球狀，排在碟上。
4. 鑊裡燒熱1湯油，放入雞肉翻炒片刻，放入調味料和雜菜繼續拌煮一會，然後以少許粟粉水勾芡，盛起淋在薯泥上即可食用。

11/2 tsps butter, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp milk, light soy sauce, as required

THICKENING

METHOD
1. Clean the chicken and marinate with light soy sauce. Leave aside for 10 minutes.: y3 S3 b! n) k+ G  r& r6 f
2. Blanch the frozen mixed vegetables in boiling water for 1 minute. Scoop up, rinse with water
