2. 用竹籤把雞翅膀串起來,然後沾上蛋液,再滾上粟粉,

1. Wash the chicken wings and drain well. Coat them with marinade, leave to marinate for 2 hours.
, Z) ^$ E5 M; U0 q! }2. Skewer one chicken wing on each skewer. Dip in beaten egg, roll incorn flour. Deep fry them in pre-heated oil over high heat, untilgolden,fragrant, crispy and cooked. Dish up, drain well and serve hot.
