奶油1茶匙,低筋麵粉1茶匙,牛奶1/2杯,胡椒粉少許,鹽少許

做法:

3. Bring the creamy flour mixture to a boil. Stir in pepper and salt toseason the sauce. Voila! The creamy white sauce is ready.

Stir in the shrimps and sauté them.
