蝦仁3只(去殻,去腸),蒜末少許,奶油白醬2湯匙,馬茲瑞拉芝士30克。

奶油1茶匙,低筋麵粉1茶匙,牛奶1/2杯,胡椒粉少許,鹽少許

做法:

1. 奶油白醬:將奶油倒入鍋中,用中小火煮溶後加入麵粉拌勻。

1 tsp butter, 1 tsp self-raising flour, 1/2 cup milk, pepper to taste,salt to taste
