奶油白醬材料:

奶油1茶匙,低筋麵粉1茶匙,牛奶1/2杯,胡椒粉少許,鹽少許

做法:

1 tsp butter, 1 tsp self-raising flour, 1/2 cup milk, pepper to taste,salt to taste

Stir in the shrimps and sauté them.
