奶油1茶匙,低筋麵粉1茶匙,牛奶1/2杯,胡椒粉少許,鹽少許

1. To make the creamy white sauce, melt the butter in a pan over low tomedium heat. Stir in the self-raising flour and mix well.4 z2 {4 o" I: _8 {
