1. 奶油白醬:將奶油倒入鍋中,用中小火煮溶後加入麵粉拌勻。

METHOD

3. Bring the creamy flour mixture to a boil. Stir in pepper and salt toseason the sauce. Voila! The creamy white sauce is ready.- y  J$ P: |: M% e2 D2 y" R+ ?
4. Heat 1/2 tbsp of oil in a wok. Fry the pounded garlic until fragrant.
