蝦仁3只(去殻,去腸),蒜末少許,奶油白醬2湯匙,馬茲瑞拉芝士30克。

奶油白醬材料:

做法:

INGREDIENTS FOR CREAMY WHITE SAUCE

1. To make the creamy white sauce, melt the butter in a pan over low tomedium heat. Stir in the self-raising flour and mix well.
