上海黃浦江上游河道內出現大量死豬後，截至昨日已打撈了2813隻死豬，當局強調食水適宜飲用。

These people are crazy, they did not dispose the dead pigs properly and just dumped them in the river. Where are the government officials? Taking bribes from the owners of the pig farms? It will be a disaster if Shanghai has no water supply because of pollution. Imagine that ten million people are out of water!
