1 大匙(浸水5分鐘)黑豆豉
3 條(剁碎)指天椒

1 大匙蠔油

1/2 小匙味精
1/2 小匙魚露

做法

2. 把其餘的材料及混合調味料攪勻，淋在魚頭上。

1. Rinse the fish head, marinate with rice vineger for 15 minutes, rinse under cool water and drain well.
2. Mix well the rest of the ingredients and seasoning mixture, pour over to the fish head.% ^2 n* P# t% ?8 h$ V5 e; C+ }
3. Steam fish for about 15 minutes until done. Serve hot.
