400 克生魚片

1/4 杯雞精! q l: e; i4 O& N
1 棵(切碎)芫荽

調味料(混合)
1/2 小匙魚露
1/4 小匙糖' H4 H! S! I7 X3 W, p3 O' o, W
1/2 小匙麻油5.39.217.77:8898) i1 p+ ~( j6 i7 L
1/2 小匙紹興酒

1. 將生魚片洗淨瀝乾，排放在碟面上。
2. 把雞精和調味料混合攪拌，淋在生魚片上，放上一些薑絲去腥。
3. 置入預熱的蒸爐蒸約3分鐘後，取出灑上芫荽即可。0 _# J. ?9 {- W3 e
◎ 也可加入少許的指天椒。

METHOD
1. Rinse the grey mullet fish, drain well. Arrange on the serving plate.5.39.217.77:8898" J; a$ U; p6 W
2. Mix well the chicken essence with the seasoning mixture, pour over to the grey mullet fish. Top with shredded ginger.5.39.217.77:8898. Y. H! f: d( [6 x' H
3. Steam in a preheated steamer for about 3 minutes. Dish up, sprinkle with chopped coriander. Serve hot.

sorry, 我唔係好識, 但真係要用1/4 杯雞精?tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb1 e r1 y+ L9 a6 D6 B# t* X
