03.將芥蘭花圍放在素雞邊,再淋上芡汁即可。

Method:
# C9 `( k( g. K  P# j# y公仔箱論壇01. Bring to boil half a wok of water and add in salt, sugar and oilfrom Ingredients A. Dip the broccoli into the boiling water until it iscooked. Drain and set aside.
" v# T" P9 m7 b% o1 M& E. h. R公仔箱論壇02. Boil 500ml water, put in the vegetarian crispy chicken. Cover andsimmer for 10 -15 minutes, add the seasoning. Stir to mix the mixture,add in glutens and boil for 3 minutes. Thicken with potato blended withwater, stir the mixture rapidly. Remove the vegetarian crispy chicken,glutens and place them on a serving plate. Set aside the thickenedgravy.
