03.熱鍋及倒入2湯匙油後,用中火炒香蝦仁肉碎,約8-10分鐘,盛起,待用。- _" W& ^- T5 e' A! K; D
04.燒熱1湯匙的油後,倒入3大匙的蛋液,轉用小火煎至蛋液呈半熟狀態。
/ x% t& E% E/ r) a; I- O05.趁蛋液半熟時,將1湯匙的肉碎放在中間,然後對折,慢慢煎至黃金色即可盛起。接者,將剩余的材料也用同一種方法煎完。

03. Heat the wok over medium heat, add 2 tbsps of oil. Stir-fry theshrimp meat and minced pork on a moderate flame for about 8-10 minutes,until fragrant. Remove and set aside.; q5 J  c' y. I& R
04. Heat 1 tbsp of oil, pour in 3 large spoonful of eggs, switch to small flame and cook till eggs become half-cooked.
