01.順一個方向,將材料B及調味料拌均,待用。

02.雞蛋去殼,與鹽、胡椒粉一起打散,待用。

03.熱鍋及倒入2湯匙油後,用中火炒香蝦仁肉碎,約8-10分鐘,盛起,待用。

Method:

01. Mix ingredients B and seasoning, stir in one direction. Set aside.

02. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Set aside.

03. Heat the wok over medium heat, add 2 tbsps of oil. Stir-fry theshrimp meat and minced pork on a moderate flame for about 8-10 minutes,until fragrant. Remove and set aside.
