Ulead GIF Animator is one of them.
But I don't think this is photographic. This is computer effect. Are you looking for this?
I am not saying this is bad idea, it is fun. You used 50-60 pictures to make this effect.
But are we ready for computer photo. Computer domain everything.
No. I prefer watching the pictures you took. Look at those panning horses pictures. They are much better than this computer composed pictures.
People will look at the effect more than the photo itself.
