The numbers in this series describe how the previous number is formed.

The  next one describe it: there is only one "1", therefore 11

The next one describe the "21" as there are one "2" and one "1", therefore 1211

The next one describe this "111221" is three "1", two "2" and one "1" so the answer is:

The right hand side number 1 can be represented by 3,1,2,9,7,5
4 V% C4 T: z) o- R$ k- i' T8 KThe right hand side number 2 can be represented by 2,5,8,1,6,7,3,05.39.217.77:8898- f4 J% ]( L8 q- W( ?
The right hand side number 3 can be represented by 5,9,8,3
