琵琶炸蝦
材料:
中蝦12隻
鹽1/4茶匙
胡椒粉少許
生粉2湯匙
蛋白1隻
白芝麻1杯
油（炸蝦用）

製法:
5.39.217.77:8898- n. P& t( c5 K
中蝦去殼留尾部，去腸洗淨，吸乾水份。
在蝦背用刀片開成琵琶狀，加鹽及胡椒粉略醃，用竹簽自尾部串起，沾上生粉候用。
將蝦塗上蛋白，再沾白芝麻；電炸鍋內，燒油至熱，加入琵琶蝦炸至金黃色即成。
