I agree Arsenal is good.
Liver is really down and really hard to blame on benitez of the rotation strategy since that help them get the champion league.
but i personally think the Torres and Voronin combination should be the best.

I predict Arsenal still be win.

平心而论，ARSENAL不错在＂状态方面＂占了优势。但是，LIVERPOOL也拥有绝对的＂主场优势 ＂和＂强兵待发 ＂的理论。

对ARSENAL来讲，这也将是＂第一个强对的考验 ＂。现在，ARSENAL是凭着11连胜，来到ANFIELD球场，WENGER应该知道这将会是一个＂严峻考验 ＂。

对我来说， 如果ARSENAL要赢得这场比赛，＂强烈的心里因素＂将会是年轻枪手＂最大的敌人＂。一路以来，ARSENAL最不擅长打＂心里战 ＂。总会在最重要的关头，输掉＂重要 ＂的比赛。这也可能是＂年轻人 ＂的＂定力＂，＂备战经验＂和＂实质比赛＂都有代加强。

今年，LIVERPOOL引进了多名球员，在＂球对战术＂ ，＂球员默契＂ 和＂轮换理论 ＂上，都需要一定的时间来调整和补贴。尤其是在冠军杯赛的败战，更需要去＂调整球员们＂的心里状态。如果LIVERPOOL能做到这一点，ARSENAL将可能会被狙败！

论球员质术，我本人觉得两方面各有所长。以前锋为例，LIVERPOOL的确更胜一筹。ARSENAL的ROBBIN V PERSIE的缺阵将会是个＂伤口＂。论中场，ARSENAL将比LIVERPOOL强。以FABREGAS，HLEB和FLAMINI的状态，ARSENAL将会打出华丽的传球与跑位。论后防，可说是不分上下，各有千秋！

最后我想提出以下的双方优势（以做参考）

LIVERPOOL：－
1）占有非常重要的＂主场优势＂。要在ANFIELD全身而退，是一个问题。
2）球员经验丰富，善于打＂重要比赛＂！（问下CHELSEA）就知。

ARSENAL：－
1）＂颠丰状态＂11连胜！
2）比LIVERPOOL多一天休息。（欧冠杯赛后）。

希望这将是一场精彩的＂龙争虎斗＂！谢谢。

from the surface of this match look like Arsenal will win...
because these time around Arsenal form is pretty good.. already win 12 match in a row....
and some more liverpool is so poor losing the match in Turkey...
so for all of u will think Arsenal is sure win..
but for me i think this match liverpool will win or will get a draw....:014:

我赞成ARSENAL的默契和passing是no。1...
Liverpool最近时好时坏，performance很不稳。。。
但是这场是在Anfield打，利记也有赢球的可能性，最重要是Gerrard可以恢复状态，Torres可以复出，后防线可以再稳些。。。

Key Battles: The players to watch on Sunday

Arsenal face what is surely to be their toughest test on Sunday when they travel to Liverpool. Anfield has been a ground of mixed fortunes for the Gunners in recent times. Jamie Carragher v Theo Walcott


Theo Walcott is starting to live up to the hype that has surrounded him for so long. In the last three games Arsenal's boy wonder has registered two assists and scored two goals   the second of which was a mark of a player who has trained alongside the great Thierry Henry. His terrifying pace often leaves defenders in a daze and when he has embarked on a run he has an astonishing success rate of 83 per cent. The Englishman's eye for a team-mate is also highly impressive   a pass finds its target nearly 70 per cent of the time. On Sunday the youngster will no doubt face his sternest test. Liverpool's Jamie Carragher is an old-fashioned centre-back. The 29-year-old is strong in the tackle having lost just five all season. His reading of the game is equally good as he has intercepted the ball six times and cleared it on 15 occasions. Most importantly though, Liverpool is in his blood. Often putting anything he can in the way, blocking two goalbound shots, he will need to be at his international best to keep an in-form Walcott at bay.



Pepe Reina v Manuel Almunia
Both Pepe Reina and Manuel Almunia were unknown quantities when they came to England from Spain. But where one was instantly given a starring role, the other has been made to bide his time before stepping into the limelight, something he has done admirably. Arsenal's stopper recently described life as 'fantastic' having seized the opportunity between the sticks in Jens Lehmann's absence. He has kept a very impressive four clean sheets in the Premier League and yet is to be beaten in Europe. As well as an excellent sweeper-keeper style, Almunia's distribution is top drawer. The 30-year-old has managed to find a team-mate on 56 occasions this season. His counterpart in the Liverpool goal has arguably been his side's best player in the last few years. This season his conceded just five times in nine games, making 33 saves.



Steve Finnan v Alex Hleb
The plaudits were raining down on Alex Hleb after Tuesday night's 7-0 thrashing of Slavia Prague. The Belarussian conducted play from out wide and got himself on the scoresheet with a fine run and smart finish. Comfortable on either flank as well as behind the strikers his close control is unrivalled, and his vision is exemplary. The 26-year-old has a 60 per cent passing success rate and when crossing from out wide he always finds a team-mate. Running with the ball proves to be a good outlet too as he invariably beats his man   six times this season. Trying to stop him on Sunday will be a player whose rise to the big stage is incredible. Steve Finnan is the only player ever to have played in all four tiers of the football in this country - plus the conference -  AND be in possession of Uefa Cup and Champions League winners medals. He isn't so much a wing-back as has become familiar in the Premier League but is solid in defence. The Irishman has won 81 per cent of his tackles and made 12 clearances. He is sensible on the ball without being too spectacular and has completed 38 of his 56 passes..

Ahead of Sunday’s much-anticipated clash between Liverpool and Arsenal, Xabi Alonso has spoke of his respect for The Gunners and midfielder Cesc Fabregas in particular.




Arsenal face their first real test of the season when they travel to Anfield, whilst Liverpool will be looking to maintain their unbeaten league record, and put to bed memories of their 2-1 defeat to Besiktas on Wednesday.

Xabi Alnoso, who’s expected to start for The Reds, believes fellow-countryman Cesc Fabregas is the key player for The Gunners.
"He is one of their most important players and one of the most influential in the Premier League, no doubt about it," Alonso told Liverpoolfc.tv.
  
"He has had a very good start to the season but hopefully this won't be repeated on Sunday."
  
He added: "I will definitely ring him before the game. He is a very nice lad and we speak quite a lot."
  
Alonso admits he has been impressed with the start Arsenal have made to the campaign.
  
"They are doing very well and are playing very good football – probably the best football in the Premier League at the moment," said the 25-year-old.
  
"They have a lot of mobility and a lot of players who are comfortable with the ball. They understand each other very well and that creates good football - they are really nice to watch."

REDS HELD BY GUNNERS

Cesc Fabregas grabbed a late equaliser for Arsenal as the Gunners held Liverpool to a 1-1 draw in a lively top-of-the-table clash at Anfield.
The Spanish midfielder finished off a neat move on 79 minutes to cancel out Steven Gerrard's first-half thunderbolt as both sides preserved their unbeaten start to the Premier League campaign.
  
For the majority of the game it had looked like Gerrard had marked his 400th appearance in a Reds shirt with the winning goal as Liverpool's defence kept Arsenal at bay with a disciplined performance.
  
They began the afternoon in determined fashion and pressed the ball well to unsettle Arsenal's rhythm in the early stages.
  
It was a tactic that paid dividends inside the first 10 minutes when Gerrard won the ball off Mathieu Flamini deep in Arsenal territory and began the move that led to the opening goal of the match.
  
Dirk Kuyt fed Steve Finnan on the right and when he turned inside he found Gerrard, who brought a smart save out of Manuel Almunia with a low effort.
  
The Reds kept the ball in play by the left touchline and as the Gunners struggled to clear their lines Cesc Fabragas brought down Xabi Alonso on the edge of the penalty area.
  
From the resulting free-kick Gerrard smashed home John Arne Riise's touch off in front of the Anfield Road end to give Liverpool the perfect start.
  
However, as the half wore on Arsene Wenger's side began to dominate possession and could have levelled on 17 minutes but Pepe Reina reacted well to deny Emmanuel Adebayor from eight yards out.
  
The Reds keeper was then grateful for the intervention of Sami Hyypia when the veteran defender cleared Tomas Rosicky's clipped shot off the line after Reina had failed to clear after racing to the edge of his area.
  
Liverpool were struggling to maintain possession but always looked dangerous from set-pieces and when John Arne Riise's corner was only half-cleared, it was Gerrard once again who brought a smart save out of Almunia on 30 minutes.
  
At half-time the Reds were forced to replace an out-of-sorts Fernando Torres with Peter Crouch and it was the England international who had the first chance of the second period when he stung the fingertips of Almunia with a 25-yard pildriver.
  
Arsenal then missed a glorious chance to level when another flowing move found Emmanuel Eboue in the box but when his low strike rebounded back of the near post Fabregas somehow managed to fire over from eight yards out with the goal gaping.
  
It set the pattern for the remainder of the match as the Gunners dominated the ball and eventually they snatched the reward they deserved.
  
Alexander Hleb cut in from the left and when his telling ball found Fabregas, the Spain international fired a snap shot inside Reina's near post to send the travelling support wild.
  
Both sides then had chances to win it but when the full-time whistle blew they were forced to settle for a point.

Rafael Benitez conceded that the 1-1 draw with Arsenal was a fair result.

The Reds boss praised the commitment of his team but felt the Gunners did enough to gain a point.
  
"If you analyse the chances we had in the game you could say we have lost two points," he said.
  
"But if you analyse the chances Arsenal had they deserved to score. It's a pity because we were 1-0 up for a long time and if we had scored the second goal it would have made a big difference.
  
"We had injury problems with Torres and Xabi having to go off and Arsenal are one of the best teams in England if not Europe, so in the end a draw was a fair result.
  
"Arsenal play at a very good tempo and with the injury to Torres it didn't help us because we didn't have the pace to get behind them enough.
  
"We are still six points behind them but there is a long way to go."

昨晚的比赛，并没有想象中精彩。开赛后7分钟，GERARD以一级试的自由球，为LIVERPOOL取得领先。

上半场，双方并没有太大的机会把比分改写。ADEBAYOR上半场的表现也显得＂有心无力，孤掌难鸣＂。

ARSENAL中前场的传球也被LIVERPOOL的防守牵制。打不出＂流畅的进攻足球。

下半场，BENETIZ把TORRES换下，也许是比赛的转泪点（TURNING POINT）。

下半场的前十分钟，、双方面还是没有制造太多的机会。以直领先一球的LIVERPOOL也没有太大的优势。

直到WENGER进行了替换（SUBSTITUTE）把年轻的WALCOTT和经验丰富的GILBERTO换下表现麻麻的EBOUTE和CLICHY才让ARSENAL的进攻体系逐渐呈现。

我人为，WENGER已经尽力把EBOUTE和SAGNA同时带上场，希望这两名（非洲血统）的强壮球员能够带动右路的进攻。早在对垒BOLTON时就出这一招！但是，我本人觉得他们的配合默契还是不够。

我也看到EBOUTE非常努力的在中场跑位和制造机会，但还是乘不上佳作。

WENGER已经不只一次的将WALCOTT替补上场（早在对垒BOLTON），而又利用WALCOTT 的速度和体力劳动，来让LIVERPOOL的后防疲劳奔波。

就在79分钟，ARSENAL的进攻终于的到回报。今场，表现不错的HLEB终于传出一记漂亮的直传，神出鬼没的FABREGAS突然间又后插上，在近距离把球送进网。

在此之后，ARSENAL还有一次的射中门框，错过反超的机会。而LIVERPOOL的防守反击，也制造了几个危险的机会。

赛后评论：－

我觉得LIVERPOOL今场并没有打出一惯的进攻和高吊推进。无可非议，当TORRES和ALONSO受伤被换下时，LIVERPOOL的整体队型和计划也有着一定程度上的影响。

而ARSENAL显然＂慢热＂。当LIVERPOOL以一球领先过后，才慢慢的打出节奏。VAN PERSIE的缺席让WENGER只能依赖ADEBAYOR一名可靠的前锋。而就算ADEBAYOR表现失常，WENGER也不能将他换下（因为ARSENAL还在落后一球），可谓＂用心良苦＂。

总结，站在ARSENAL的立场，我觉得WENGER应该考虑右中场（RIGHT MIDFIELD）的问题。EBOUTE不掂，WALCOTT更适合打WING，FABREGAS和HLEB更适合中路，ROSICKY需要在左路，所以说，卖了LJUNGBERG可能是一个错误。

another good match, happy enough with the draw actaully, since arsenal are in good form, and liverpool are confusing themselves with benitez' rotation strategy, i thought arsenal could win the game when fabrecas hit the post twice and other close chances. but we are still unbeaten hehe... hope liverpool go back to winning way asap! good luck to all the arsenal fans out there!
