Some may call it voodoo or harsh, but it's just an awesome part of Hong Kong Cantonese culture that cannot be found anywhere else. And personally I wouldn't mind if my worst enemy became bald. By getting rid of your bad luck, you just might get that promotion or test grade you've been aiming for! Remember kids, it's just superstition and that hitting your enemy's name with a shoe wishing them eternal damnation does not guarantee that it will happen... but I did it anyways you know... to promote and help stimulate the Hong Kong economy for the old grannies that have nothing better to do. Frankly, I do not support the 打小人 idea or acts. It leads an unhappy or unsatisfied person to being more angry with all that aggressive and abusive languages. On top of that, it is only a superstitious tradition that has no proven statistics that it would worked or help with that ceremony.
Even if we have an opposition or enemy at work, school, or in our social web, we should always handled it with proper logical solutions and in a professional way. Not to believed in& \. X6 b/ ~ R+ B
something superficial or to be loaded with hatred means n plot evil aggressive thoughts.
Striclty personal opinion.
