鹽2大匙, 白胡椒粉適量 ,在來米粉1斤(600g), 水4杯

6 P. A. A% N$ C4 r, ^tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb1.起油鍋放入沙律油燒熱, 放入蝦米, 臘肉丁拌炒一下, 放入白蘿蔔絲炒勻, 放入鹽,胡椒粉 炒透, 改小火悶軟5.39.217.77:88986 ~3 J. N' U1 T: M3 s; k
2.在來米粉加水調勻, 1.料倒入邊倒邊攪勻成糊狀 tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb8 d" u8 c% R* g9 k3 ~+ Y0 Q; Y9 K
3.模型先墊玻璃紙, 糊料倒入 再放入蒸籠內
1 U- }4 c8 r- m4.鍋中燒開水 蒸籠放上蒸40分鐘
