沙律油4-5大匙, 蝦米半碗(先浸泡), 臘肉丁1碗, 白蘿蔔絲3斤, ; P* f" E' h" h
鹽2大匙, 白胡椒粉適量 ,在來米粉1斤(600g), 水4杯

製法:
9 C2 [% t1 v6 W) F5.39.217.77:88981.起油鍋放入沙律油燒熱, 放入蝦米, 臘肉丁拌炒一下, 放入白蘿蔔絲炒勻, 放入鹽,胡椒粉 炒透, 改小火悶軟8 }6 g, w3 q: x8 s. u/ U) i2 U
2.在來米粉加水調勻, 1.料倒入邊倒邊攪勻成糊狀

seems very easy, the hardest part is that the raddish cake doesn't become to dry when
