There's a few times I experienced this - If there's power, stayed indoor with hot drinks is absolutely enjoyable for me.

虽然雪下的这么大。 但是在hwy上面第二天已经很干净了。 只有小路还很难开。

Last year New York had lots of snow storm as well?? For people who do not see snow a lot this seems fun.. but not for those trapped indoors. Keep the heater on.

Some body said this is 厄爾尼爾 天文現象所造成.
