Sigh...reading these posts here make me feel sad...those teens who live in Hong Kong can only earn around HKD$3000 to HKD$5000 a month? I'm living in Florida, USA, even if I am working as a part-time, I still earn USD$1600 a month, which equals to HKD$12320 a month.....YOU SEE THE BIG DIFFERENCE??? O_o isn't that ridicous?? now I am working as a full-time, working like 70 hours a week.....u think how much i have for a month?? hahahahaha big number!! >V< so i can buy a lot of clothes and food...haha
well......that's why I am trying to earn as much as i can in US, then when i move back to HK, I don't need to worry for money in the 1st year at least =.="
but hk teens....u guys work harder than those in US.....but only earning too little money!!! >_< poor u guys.....作者: playlord 時間: 2010-7-9 02:03 AM
純粹薪資金額是沒有意義的;
當閣下認為是 BIG DIFFERENCE 時;
香港,美國的稅率和福利都不同;
要計算是除稅後實得
仲有,3k 的是否part-time?
最後;現在提倡green world;
做人節儉點;
且不要說人poor u guys. 啦

In Us the legal work hours r 40hrs a week, n income tax is close to a 30%. Unless the money u make n take home is already after tax, elses it is not so much of a difference with yr HK counterparts. Well considering u a teenager n a student, it is perhaps fine. Living Standards in Florida is relatively less expensive then NY. A studio in NY cost about US1200 to US1500 a month in private apartments or houses.Even buildings with control rentals r somewhere around US900 to US1300. Sales tax in NY is a high 8.3785 la.作者: HgDragon 時間: 2010-7-14 12:36 PM
